The Santa Cruz County Executive Committee Elections are underway. Ballots are included in the December Ventana newsletter.
When sending in your ballot, be sure to mail the entire page from the Ventana that includes your mailing label on the back. Mail the original, not a copy. Duplicates may not be accepted. Ballots must be received by January 11, 2012 to be counted.

Club members who have not received a ballot, lose the ballot, or spoil the ballot may email Celia Scott, Chair of the Election Committee at twinks2 at cruzio.com for a replacement ballot. Please provide your name, address, email, and your Club membership identification number.

December 14, 2011: Ballots distributed through newsletter
January 11, 2012: Election Committee counts ballots
